We offer premium handcrafted cheesecakes made to order. All products are prepared fresh in a professional kitchen facility.

  • Products are made to order and availability is subject to production capacity.
  • Product images on our website are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute flavors or products at any time without prior notice.
  • Limited edition products are available while stocks last.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed through our Shopify-powered website. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 30 minutes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
  • Orders may be subject to production lead times. Estimated delivery or pickup dates are communicated at checkout and via email.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, GCash, Maya, and PHQRcode payments.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Cebu City and its surrounding areas, including Mandaue, Talisay, and Lapu-Lapu City.

  • Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
  • We currently do not offer shipping outside of the Cebu metropolitan area.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Please refer to our separate Refund and Replacement Policy for full details. As our products are perishable food items, all sales are generally final. Replacements or credits may be issued in specific circumstances as outlined in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, logos, recipes, and branding, is the property of Loca Ventures Corp. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City.
