Where are you located? Where is the pick up?

In Solinea Tower 1. We don't have store yet so for now you can order through the website and have your cheesecake delivered or pick it up here.

How to choose deliver or pick-up?

On the check out page, where you put your information, you will choose delivery or pick-up.

Are they really the best cheesecakes in Cebu City?

You bet, and probably the best in the PH.

Where do you deliver?

We delivere as far as Minglanilla, Mactan (Lapu Lapu), and Liloan. Not further than that.

Which payments do you accept?

Only payments through the website at check out. You can pay with credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard), GCash, Maya and PHQR.

Do you accept cash or COD?

No. Only payments through the website. Credit/Debit card, Gcash, Maya or PHQR.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you cannot find it, check in other folders in your inbox as spam.

How do I know my order is going to be delivered?

You will receive an email confirming the delivery on the time window you chose when you made the order.

How do I know I can pick up my order?

You will receive an email confirming that your cheesecake is ready and that you can pick it up at the time you chose.

Can I travel with the cheesecake?

The cheesecakes can be unrefrigerated for some hours for a flight. Just keep it away from hot places, and put them in the fridge as soon as you arrive to your destination. Let them cool down for 2 hours in the fridge for better texture.

What's the shelf life?

For better texture and experience, have your cheesecake the same day you buy it. It's OK to keep it in the fridge for 3-5 days, but we don't recommend it.
