We started Loca with one crazy idea: bring the real Spanish cheesecake to Cebu. It worked. Now we're opening our new store, and we need someone in the kitchen with us.

We're looking for an experienced baker or cook who wants to join the team and help us grow. Someone with ambition — who wants to build a career here and take on more as we get bigger, not just clock in and out.

You don't need to know how to make a Basque cheesecake. You need to care about doing it right. We'll teach you the rest.
